Corrigendum—Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 16) 2011 (No. F632)

In the notice with the above heading, dated the 10th day of October 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 October 2011, No. 155, page 4438, in clause 2(d), please replace the interpretation to

"(d) “area/rohe moana” means all fisheries waters enclosed by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark at the mouth of Kaawa Stream at 37°30.23'S and 174°44.56'E; then proceeding in a straight line in a north-easterly direction to a point at 37°28.37'S and 174°47.61'E;
then proceeding in a straight line in a north-easterly direction to a point on the boundary of the Waikato Settlement at 37°27.78'S and 174°51.00'E;
then proceeding in a generally southerly direction following the boundary of the Waikato Settlement to a point at 37°35.20'S and 174°52.60'E;
