Notice of Revised Rating—Ansvar Insurance Limited
Pursuant to section 8 of the Insurance Companies (Ratings and Inspections) Act 1994, Ansvar Insurance Limited gives notice that on Thursday 28 September 2011, A.M. Best Company downgraded its financial strength rating from “A–”(Excellent) to “B++” (Good).
A.M. Best Company has placed its rating under review with negative implications reflecting the levels of reinsurance recoverables following successive Christchurch earthquakes.

Food Standards (Application A1026 – Minimum Alcohol Content for Wine) Variation
The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The Standard commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this variation.

[1] Standard 4.5.1 is varied by omitting subclause 5(1), substituting -
(1) Wine and sparkling wine must contain no less than 45 mL/L of ethanol at 20°C.
