Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6475830.7 (Wellington Land Registry), Identifier WN11/264 ("the mortgage"), and in the matter of Salaheddin Takesh:

Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 3 October 2011.

The description of the mortgaged land is an undivided estate in fee simple comprised of 1012 square metres, more or less, and having legal description Lot 40 DP 1121, being the property known as 77 Raine Street, Wanganui.
