This document notifies you that:

1. On 26 August 2011, an application for putting HIGHCLIFF ROAD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2011-412-658. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Tuesday 25 October 2011 at 10.00am.

2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
