Road Realignment—Arapuni Road, South Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council excluding mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA10B/696, subject to caveat 8305009.1.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA872/84, subject to caveat 8305009.1.
