Notice is hereby given that on 7 September 2011 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Digby John Noyce and Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountants of RES Corporate Services Limited, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 7 October 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
