Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 February 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Heather Anderson in respect of Kiwicare Wyllie 4 (25383), situated at 46A Wyllie Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
