Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii), of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 November 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Joelle Gregorius in respect of Happy Days Childcare Centre (55412), situated at 713 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Fisheries Act 1996

Fisheries (Southern Bluefin Tuna Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2011 (No. F576)

Pursuant to section 14 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, makes the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Southern Bluefin Tuna Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2011.

2. Commencement—This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery defined—The Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery quota management area is the area as defined in Fisheries (Declaration of New Stocks Subject to Quota Management System) Notice (No 3) 2003.

4. Total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery increased for 2010–2011 fishing year—The total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery for the 2010–2011 fishing year is increased to 539 greenweight tonnes in accordance with section 14 of the Fisheries Act 1996.

5. Total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery reverts—From 1 October 2011, the total allowable catch for the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery reverts to the total allowable catch that applied at the beginning of the 2010–2011 fishing year, in accordance with section 14(7) of the Fisheries Act 1996.
