Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage 7558107.2 (South Auckland Land Registry), Identifier SA54B/332 ("the mortgage"),
and in the matter of Jason Paul Burns and Nicole Maree Burns:

GE Custodians ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from
27 January 2011.

The description of the mortgaged land is firstly, a fee simple estate as to a half-share of 1030 square metres, more or less, being Lot 9 DP 35628, secondly, a leasehold estate contained in lease instrument LH825300, being Flat 1 DPS 50153, and thirdly, a leasehold estate contained in lease instrument LB196123, being Garage 1 DPS 67633, being the property situated at 212A Taharepa Road, Taupo.

Take notice that on Thursday 3 February 2011, Asset Finance Limited, under and by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 8179397.2 (Otago Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 21 Station Road, Sawyers Bay, Dunedin, being all the land comprised in certificate of title OT3B/1095.
