Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the Otitori Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Declaring Land as Reserve and Change of Purpose of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council resolved on 21 February 2011 that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977:

(a) Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council changes the purpose of reserve for the land described in the First Schedule from local purpose reserve (segregation strip) to be held for local purpose reserve (amenity);

(b) Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council changes the purpose of reserve for the land described in the Second Schedule from local purpose reserve (road) to be held for local purpose reserve (amenity);

(c) Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council declares the land described in the Third Schedule shall be held for local purpose reserve (amenity)

all subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
