Notice of Appointment of Replacement Voluntary Administrator

Pursuant to sections 239S and 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, Trevor Nelson Cameron, chartered accountant, of Richards Woodhouse, Nelson, has been appointed the replacement voluntary administrator of the above-named company on 27 July 2011 by the company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

The administration commenced on 16 June 2010 and was initially governed by Stephen Webb of Neighbourhood Law, who has since resigned.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to sections 239AJ and 239AN of the Companies Act 1993 on Thursday, 8 September 2011 at 2.00pm in the boardroom of Richards Woodhouse, 1st Floor, 105 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

(a) provide an update of the company situation; and

(b) confirm the membership of the existing committee of creditors.

At that meeting, creditors may also by resolution:

(a) remove the voluntary administrator from office; and

(b) appoint someone else as voluntary administrator of the company.
