Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Take notice that on 22 August 2011, ASB Bank Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 5929864.3 (Canterbury Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 37 Gammans Road, Oxford, being all the land comprised in certificate of title CB9B/270.
