Classification of a Reserve

Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 27th day of May 2008, hereby classifies the recreation reserve and public plantations and pleasure grounds reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes.
