Classification of a Reserve
Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 27 May 2008, hereby classifies the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule, the drainage and local purpose (drainage) reserves respectively described in the Second Schedule and the public reserve described in the Third Schedule for recreation reserve purposes.
