Notice of Intention to Remove Limited Partnership From the Register

I intend to remove the following limited partnership from the Register under section 98 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

I am satisfied that the limited partnership has ceased to carry on business and there is no further reason for it to continue in existence or that no liquidator is acting.

NN (KOREA) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to removal of the above-named limited partnership is delivered to the Registrar by 22 September 2011 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnership from the Register.
