Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993

The Randstad Group is in the process of consolidating its New Zealand businesses so that they operate through a single company, RANDSTAD LIMITED.

As part of this process, notice is hereby given that the above-named companies, being companies incorporated overseas and registered as overseas companies under Part XVII of the Companies Act 1993, intend to cease to carry on business in New Zealand, and that notice will be delivered to the Registrar to remove the companies from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
