Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Stratford High School (179)

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Stratford High School (as published in a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 2009, No. 82, page 1887) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.

Under section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, the board of trustees of Whanganui Awa School is dissolved and I appoint
