(g) Barclays notifies the Financial Markets Authority as soon as practicable if any regulatory action is taken by ASIC, or any other regulatory agency, in relation to Barclays’ dealings in futures contracts; and

(h) Barclays provides the Financial Markets Authority with a copy of its annual financial statements no later than three months after the end of each financial year for Barclays; and

(i) Barclays notifies Financial Markets Authority as soon as practicable of any material matter concerning its authorisation as a futures dealer.

Acquiring a Right of Way Easement Over Land for the Maintenance of Railway Infrastructure—Wellington City

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, Frazer Robert Tweedie, Land and Asset Manager, New Zealand Railways Corporation, pursuant to a power delegated to him under section 10 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, hereby declares that, pursuant to an agreement having been entered into, a right of way easement (for the purposes of maintenance of railway infrastructure) in gross in perpetuity and having the rights and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and Schedule 5 of the Property Law Act 2007 is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto and shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen for railway purposes on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
