Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Gough Finance Limited ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 11 July 2011, it entered into possession of property subject to security agreements dated as per below.

The secured property is described as:

  • 2002 Toyota Hilux 3.0TD Ute, Registration No. AQZ821, VIN JTFDV696700008116 (all 9 July 2004).

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is 24–26 Amyes Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgages B716475.4, B738372.2 and 5375782.3 (Wellington Land Registry), Identifier WN53C/347 ("the mortgages"), and in the matter of Daytona Developments Limited:

Notice of Amendment to Compliance Documents B1 and E2 and Where Materials Incorporated by Reference into These Compliance Documents are Available for Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to sections 24(1), 406(c)(ii), 408 and 410(1)(e) of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), I give notice of an amendment to Compliance Documents B1 (Structure) and E2 (External Moisture) for the New Zealand Building Code.

The amendment modifies the acceptable solutions, verification methods and the materials that are incorporated by reference into these compliance documents.

Amendment to Compliance Documents B1 and E2

The 11th amendment to Compliance Document B1 and the 5th amendment to Compliance Document E2 come into force on 1 August 2011, and are available for download free of charge on the Department of Building and Housing (DBH) website at

www.dbh.govt.nz/building-code-compliance-documents-downloads
