Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that TAG PACIFIC LIMITED intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The company will give notice to the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar not later than three months from the date of this notice.
