Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947, and section 5(1) of the Family Courts Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, and to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Courts on and from 26 July 2011.

Notice of Approval Given Pursuant to Section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004

Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 12 July 2011 we, Karen Sewell, Secretary for Education, and Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary to the Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Feilding High School Board of Trustees to continue holding:

1. the following number of equity securities issued by:
   (a) Ravensdown Fertiliser Co-operative Limited (6,277 shares);
   (b) Farmlands Trading Society Limited (550 shares);
   (c) Silver Fern Farms Limited (228 shares); and
   (d) Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited (123 co-operative/850 investment shares); and

2. future bonus/rebate shares issued by each co-operative listed above, but not to acquire additional shares, for a further period of up to, but not exceeding, five years from the date of the approval.
