Notice is given that on 6 July 2011 at 10.30am a special resolution was passed by the shareholder stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Arron Leslie Heath and Michael Lamacraft be appointed as liquidators.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
