(a) The urban area of Ohura is constituted as a fire district.

(b) The fire district is assigned the name “Ohura Fire District”.

(c) The boundary of the fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Tertiary Education

Industry Training Act 1992

Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation

Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, full recognition for the Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation as an industry training organisation has been granted for a period effective from the date of publication of this notice to 5 January 2013, when the current five-year recognition period expires, to set standards at Levels 1–8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the building and construction, fibrous plastering, solid plastering, tiling, cement and concrete, architectural technology, quantity surveying and construction technology industries.
