Notice is hereby given that on 22 December 2010, John Joseph Cregten and Justin James Bosley, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of OPTIMA CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (“the company”) under the powers contained in a general security agreement, dated the 28th day of October 2010, given by that company.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
