Notice of Possession of Goods
Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Take notice that pursuant to its registered security interest, Snoworld Sports Limited ("the creditor") has taken possession of Salomon branded skis and boots supplied to Queenstown Sports 2008 Limited on or about 18 November 2010.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (a general security agreement dated the 13th day of September 2004) ("the mortgage") over vehicles, farm machinery, farm house contents and implements including:

("the collateral"), a full list of which is available from the solicitor for the mortgagee.
Notice is hereby given that between 6 December 2010 and 10 December 2010, Westpac New Zealand Limited ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagors, Margaret Gilbert Olds and Bronwyn Kaye Olds, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
The registered office of the mortgagee is Level 15, PWC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.

Prometheus Finance Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 22 December 2010.
The description of the mortgaged land is the property known as Mangaone Valley Road, Pahiatua 4993, having legal description Section 53 Block XVI Mangahoa Survey District.
