Commodity Levies (Maize) Order 2006

Foundation for Arable Research Incorporated

Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies (Maize) Order 2006, a levy has been imposed on, and shall be payable by, the producers of any maize grown in New Zealand.

In accordance with section 10 of the order, the Foundation for Arable Research Incorporated has determined the rate of the levy for July 2010 to June 2011 to be:

Maize – 90 cents per 10,000 seeds.
