Classification of Reserves—Western Hills Area
(Korokoro, Maungaraki, Normandale, Belmont, Kelson, Haywards, Manor Park), Lower Hutt City
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, following a resolution dated the 23rd day of March 2010, hereby gives notice that all such land described in the Schedules are classified as reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice as recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
(c) The land described in the Third Schedule to this notice as local purpose (community centre) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
(d) The land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice as local purpose (water reservoir) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
