Maree Zinzley, Senior Manager (Approval Operations), ACVM Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (“MAF”) (New Zealand Food Safety Authority), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MAF, gives notice, under section 22(3)(b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), that the following trade name products are removed from the Register of trade name products under section 24 of the Act:

Under section 22(3)(c) of the Act, any removed product may continue to be sold and used (but not manufactured) until 19 July 2011, but not at any time after that date.

Food Act 1981

Notice Under the Food Act 1981 (Notice No. 216)

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 27 July 2010 of the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 31, which comes into force on 2 September 2010.

A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
