Notice of Appointment of Secretary for the Environment

Pursuant to section 73(2) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002, The Honourable Dr Nick Smith, Minister for Climate Change Issues, is pleased to appoint the Secretary for the Environment, Dr Paul Reynolds, to apply for an allocation of New Zealand units in respect of land specified in section 72(2)(b)(i)(A) and (B) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 on behalf of the person to be appointed under section 73(1) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002.
