Declaration That Land is Reserve—Kihikihi and Pirongia, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on the 27th day of April 2010:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act".

Declaration of Land to be Reserve
Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 24 June 2010 under minute number CL/JUN/625/10 declaring the following land to be a recreation reserve:
"Lot 1 Deposited Plan 40111 (Computer Freehold Register NA1085/74)".

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 24 June 2010 declaring the land described in the First Schedule as recreation reserve, the land described in the Second Schedule as local purpose (marae/community buildings) reserve and the land described in the Third Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
