Interpretation Act 1999

Amendment to the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Notice 2010

Pursuant to section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, I amend the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2010, No. 76, page 2140, under the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006, by deleting the following words which appear at clause 2 thereof:

“Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 August 2010.”

and substituting:

“Commencement—This notice comes into force on 31 July 2010.”

Dated at Wellington this 6th day of July 2010.

Burial and Cremation Act 1964

Denominational Burial Ground—Jerusalem Whanganui River

Pursuant to section 31(1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, with the delegated approval of the Minister of Health,

I, Susan Cosgrove, Sister of Compassion, give notice that the said person, acting on behalf of and with the delegated authority of the Mother Aubert Home of Compassion Trust Board and the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Palmerston North, hereby declares that a section of Ikaroa 1, upon which stands the Jerusalem Church, is dedicated as a denominational burial ground with the said person as its manager.

Dated at Jerusalem this 5th day of July 2010.
