Easement Acquired for the Oakura Pipeline—Messenger Terrace to Mace Terrace, Oakura, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired over:

(a) The land of Ian Donald Lobb, Neil William Evetts and Ian Frederick Cull ("The First Grantor"); and

(b) The land of Justin Christopher Robert Keenan, Catherine Emma Keenan and Timothy Robert Coleman ("The Second Grantor"); and

(c) The land of Aaron John Snowden and Margery Evdoxia Snowden ("The Third Grantor"); and

(d) The land of Mervyn Clarence Foster, Ian Douglas Matheson and Alan Frederick Crawford ("The Fourth Grantor"); and

(e) The land of Cameron Leigh Wilson and Anne Marie Wilson ("The Fifth Grantor"); and

(f) The land of Neil Rodney Florence and Megan Rose Gundesen ("The Sixth Grantor"); and

(g) The land of Douglas Robert Hislop and Peta Bisset Hislop ("The Seventh Grantor")
