Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (the “security agreement”) dated the 24th day of October 2008:

Runymede Twenty Seven Limited (the mortgagee under the security agreement) gives notice that:

1. On 30 June 2010, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged goods.
2. The description of the mortgaged goods is all the goods owned by Country Kitchen & Bakehouse Limited located at the premises at 93 Rodney Street, Wellsford.
