Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the boards of directors of MACKLOW & BATE INVESTMENTS LIMITED and BMS HOSPITALITY LIMITED (being “the amalgamating companies”) have resolved to amalgamate and continue as MACKLOW & BATE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (“the amalgamated company”).

Further, all rights accruing to and all obligations and liabilities owing by either of the amalgamating companies become vested in the amalgamated company.
