On 29 June 2010 at 3.32pm, by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, STRATEGIC INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2010.

We, Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix 30 July 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 22 June 2010, it was resolved by special resolution of delegates, pursuant to sections 241(2)(a) and 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that SURF LIFE SAVING GISBORNE INCORPORATED be liquidated and that Rex Harding, chartered accountant of Ingham Mora Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 22 June 2010 at 2.00pm.

Liquidator’s Section 245 Notice to Creditors

To all known creditors:

Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that:

1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243(1)[(a)][(b)] of the Companies Act 1993.

2. That all creditors were paid up to the date of the resolution and that the board acknowledges that the incorporation is solvent and has the ability to pay its debts.

3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
