Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of A B HICK HOLDINGS LIMITED (a company that ceased trading in September 2009):

The sum of $21,200.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by the shareholders of A B HICK HOLDINGS LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to the shareholders of A B HICK HOLDINGS LIMITED, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 20 July 2010.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

Marine Mammals Protection Act 1978

Application to Film Marine Mammals

Pursuant to section 5(5) of the Marine Mammals Protection Act 1978, the Minister of Conservation notifies that she has received a permit application from

Steve Hathaway of ARDS Limited

to film whales and dolphins over a five-year period commencing August 2010 to March 2015 above and underwater in Northland, Auckland, Waikato and East Coast/Bay of Plenty fisheries waters.

A copy of the application can be obtained from the Department of Conservation, Private Bag 68908, Newton, Auckland 1145.

Any person wishing to make a submission on this application can do so by writing to Conservation Support Manager, Auckland Conservancy, Private Bag 68908, Newton, Auckland 1145, within 28 days after publication of this notice.

Unless a person making a submission states to the contrary in the submission, that person will be deemed to give his/her consent to the release under the Official Information Act 1982 of all the information in the submission.

as an associate member of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
