Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 444490, subject to Mortgage 5731966.6.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve—Frankton Plantation Reserve, Hall Street, Hamilton

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council gives notice that the following resolution was passed by Council on the 7th day of April 2010:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, local purpose (plantation) reserves within the meaning of the said Act."
