Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register and to Correct the Register

I intend to restore NIGEL MILLAR MANUFACTURING LIMITED (in liquidation) (1605534) to the New Zealand Register of Companies, under section 328 of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of its liquidators on the grounds that it is in liquidation and, on its restoration, to correct the Register, under section 360A(1)(a) of that Act, on their application by removing the final report and copy of the public notice that were filed in error and caused the removal.
