On 17 June 2010, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GREETINGS DIRECT (NZ) LIMITED be liquidated and that Jugdis Hira Parbhu, chartered accountant of PKF Ross Melville, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 17 June 2010.

Liquidator’s Section 245 Notice to Creditors

To all known creditors:

Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that:

1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243(1)(a)[(b)] of the Companies Act 1993.
