Corrigendum—Notice Redefining the Beneficiaries of a Māori Reservation
The notice with the above heading dated the 12th day of February 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 February 2009, No. 23, page 592, should include the word "original" before the words "owners of the land".
Therefore the notice should read as follows:
On the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori lands referred to in the Schedule as set out in New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 1963, No. 27, page 612, were set aside as a Māori reservation.
Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the persons or class of persons for whose use and benefit the said Māori reservation is made are hereby redefined from being for the common use and benefit of all Māori to being for the common use and benefit of the original owners of the land and their descendants.

Setting Aside Land for a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of protecting a wāhi tapu site, for the common use and benefit of the descendants
Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Ngāti Hāmua and is to be commonly known as Omataroa 9A1 and 9A2 Sub A Māori Reservation.
