Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

(a) Sudy Key, storekeeper, of the Town of Cardrona, who is presumed to be dead, was registered on 25 May 1877 as the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.

(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule
A vacant section on the Cardrona Valley Road, in the Town of Cardrona, Central Otago, described as an estate in fee simple containing 278 square metres, Section 11 Block VII (Computer Freehold Register OT34/168) (Otago Land Registry).
