Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 30 July 2010.

Applicants: Paul Gordon Wilson and Anthony Gordon Wilson, Hapuku, Kaikoura.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 7660 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1 and 4 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Marlborough Land District under number 424827, being Parts Section 57 Kincaid Run Kaikoura District, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 2 folio 681, such land being part of the land granted to Thomas Dickenson under Crown Grant 2225 on 21 September 1867 and subsequently transferred on 27 April 1926 by Conveyance 27888 to John Joseph Mackle, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.

Charitable Trusts Act Notices

Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trusts Boards

Section 26(3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of these trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

• JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES-AVONHEAD KINGDOM HALL TRUST (27 January 2009).
• SOCIETY OF MAORI ASTRONOMY, RESEARCH AND TOURISM (6 April 2010).

With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
