Pursuant to section 117(7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated in the adjoining reserve 3036 and vested in the Waimakariri District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve
—Marlborough District

Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, Anthony Percy Quirk, Marlborough District Council, changes the classification of that part of a reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (river protection) reserve to a local purpose (access) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve
—Marlborough District

In exercise of the power conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on the 19th day of February 2009:

“That under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Marlborough District Council resolves to declare that the land vested and held in fee simple by the Council and described in the Schedule, be declared local purpose (access) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.”

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (service lane) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Whangarei District Council in such manner and on terms and conditions as the council determines.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Excluding Land From a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from an existing Māori reservation which was set apart for the purposes of a meeting house reserve for the common use and benefit of the Rangihouhiri Hapū by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 March 1989, No. 43, page 987, and as amended in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 June 1997, No. 56, page 1325.
