Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the benefit of the descendants of Hemi Tawhai, Whiu Wharepapa, James Mahuika and Edna Mahuika and to be called Mahora Park, Waitekaha.

Part of that piece of land situated in Block XIII Waiapu Survey District and described as follows:

Māori Freehold Land Set Aside as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule below is set aside as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a play area, an area for growing food, car parking, vehicle access to the adjoining properties from Stock Road and communal area for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Kereni Bartlett.

All that piece of land situated in Block Te Mata Survey District and Stock Road, more particularly identified as ML 486502, located in the office of the Chief Surveyor and contained in Computer Freehold Register 486502.
