Notice of Determination: National Average Market Values of Specified Livestock Determination 2010

The determination is made in terms of section EC 15 of the Income Tax Act 2007 and specifies the national average market values of specified livestock and shall apply to specified livestock on hand at the end of the 2009–2010 income year.

Notice of Application to Register a Trade Name Product (Notice No. 210)

Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”), the Director-General of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority gives notice that the following application has been made to register a trade name product under section 9(1) of the Act:

Trade Name: Ampligo

Reference: P008198

Active Ingredients and Concentrations:

• Lambda-Cyhalothrin 50g/litre
• Chlorantraniliprole 100g/litre

Formulation Type: ZC Mixed Formulation CS (capsule suspension and suspension concentrate)

General Use Claim: For the control of insect pests in forage brassicas.

Any person may make a written submission to the director-general concerning this application.

Under sections 16 and 17 of the Act, a written submission:

(a) must state in full the reasons for making the submission; and

(b) may state any decision sought on that application; and

(c) must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Under section 18 of the Act, a copy of every submission will be forwarded to the applicant for the applicant’s information.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Hamilton District Court on 4 December 2009 for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
