Interpretation Act 1999

Amendment to the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Notice 2010

Pursuant to section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, I amend the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 March 2010, No. 32, page 936, under the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006, by deleting the following words which appear at clause 3 thereof:

“The fees set out in the Schedule are valid to the earlier of 30 June 2010 or the date of publication of a further New Zealand Gazette notice setting the fees.”

and substituting the following

“The fees set out in the Schedule are valid to the earlier of 30 July 2010 or the date of commencement of a further New Zealand Gazette notice setting the fees.”
