Pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 (“Regulations”), the Electricity Commission (“Commission”) gives the following notice.

Title—This notice is the Notice of Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2011.

Annual Levy Rates—The Commission has calculated the annual levy rates for the financial year ending 30 June 2011 in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Regulations, as follows:

Environmental Risk Management Authority
Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996
Notice of Approval of Code of Practice
Pursuant to section 79(5) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“HSNO Act”), the Environmental Risk Management Authority advises that it approved on 13 May 2010 the Code of Practice HSNOCOP 42-1 for the Storage of Class 3.1 Flammable Liquids in Retail Stores.
This code has been developed by the New Zealand Retailers Association and varies the requirements of clause 25B of Schedule 10 of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004 (as amended) in respect of the separation distances required for large retail stores.
Pursuant to section 80(1) of the HSNO Act, this code may be inspected on request at the Wellington office of the Environmental Risk Management Authority of New Zealand, Level 1, BP House, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
