Constitution of the Establishment Board of Trustees

6. The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Tuia Te Matangi shall comprise:

(a) five people appointed by the Minister of Education;

(b) the principal or principal designate; and

(c) not more than four people co-opted by the board.

7. Following the board’s first elections held on a day fixed by the Minister, in accordance with section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, the constitution of the Board of Trustees of Kura Kaupapa Māori o Tuia Te Matangi shall be as specified in section 94 of the Education Act 1989.

St Joseph’s Catholic School (1951) Board of Trustees Election Invalidation Notice

Pursuant to clauses 9(3) and 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the election for the St Joseph’s Catholic School (Paeroa) Board of Trustees, require a new election to be held on 25 June 2010 and declare that the parent representatives who currently hold office remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
