The owner of land adjoining the bank of the Oroua River in the District of Manawatu has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Oroua River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Land Registration District: Wellington.

Application: 8471197.4.

Applicant: Kieran David Roache, Kimbolton, RD 7, Feilding.

Land Applied for: 4.6609 hectares; shown as Lot 11 on LT 405081, being part of the former bed of the Oroua River adjoining Section 251 Township of Sandon comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN30/144 in the District of Manawatu.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 2 July 2010.
