corners. If there is a dispute over the number of corners, the result will be obtained from Sportinglife.com or another website that provides results if Sportinglife.com is not available.

Top Team Goal Scorer:

(h) Bets will be Settled on the player scoring the most goals including extra time but excluding penalty shoot outs. Bets will be Void on any player not starting at least one match.

First Goal Method:

(i) For the purpose of this market a "shot" is considered to be an effort on goal propelled by a body part below the waist, a "header" an effort on goal propelled by a body part above the waist. Only one outcome will be Settled as a winner, therefore if the goal is a penalty, then "penalty" will be Settled as a winner while "shot from inside the penalty box" will be Settled as a loser. Similarly, if the goal is scored directly from a free-kick, "direct from free-kick" will be Settled as a winner while "shot from outside the penalty box" will be Settled as a loser.

Rule 15 SPORT SPECIFIC RULES is amended by the addition of new Rule 15.19 as follows:

15.19 Rowing

(a) Results will be determined by Podium Placing regardless of subsequent disqualifications.

(b) Competitors are deemed to have taken part once they have lined up for the first heat. If they subsequently Withdraw for any reason, including disqualification, bets will be Settled as losers.

These Rules come into force on 9 June 2010.

Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003

Nurses (Fees) Notice 2009*

Pursuant to sections 130(1) and 131 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Nurses (Fees) Notice 2009.

(2) The fees come into force from 28 May 2009.

  1. Fees—(1) The Nursing Council of New Zealand (“the council”) sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the Schedule to this notice.

(2) Fees are non refundable.

  1. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

  2. Revocation—This notice will revoke the fees previously prescribed for these activities published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 August 2007, No. 91, page 2415, on the date from which they are effective. It also provides for a fee for nurse entry to practice programmes.
